I had got some stuff for my wedding from kim and the work was so bad it looks like somthing a 10 year old put together she showed me pic`s that looked great but they must have been somone else`s work beacuse what i got didn`t look anything like the pic at all i spent alot of money on her and got junk

Please, please, please always rely on a proffesional to handle wedding details unless you see the items you are buying upfront!

I believe someone posted a "FALSE" comment about me because they did not even post a name. The person put a "?" mark which leads me to believe it is someone who is trying to sell their business. I dont need to post false comments about others because I have a great business and have never once had any complains about my items. All my customers are satisfied and have never contacted me with anything but prase. I work hard on my items and the photo`s I provide are of my actual work! I do not need to pass someone elses work off as mine because I do a great job. I think that it is pretty low that you would have to make up false comments to make yourself feel better. Those who have purchased from me have been happy and several have been back for more items. I look forward to doing many more Cinderella themed wedding items in the future!

I was the one the you say posted the false statement and it was not false i told you when i got the two ring bear pillows they looked nothing like the pic you showed me and they had fallen apart and this i told you about a week after i got the photo and guest book all the lace was falling off and the the picture fram you used on the guest book fell off when i was showing it to somone i wasted over $100 on your sloppy work i had to redue it all myself and those nasty things you called pillows i had to put in the trash there was no saving them the horse`son the carrage you showed were all white and the one`s i got were white with gold paint outlinning it and gold lace around the pillow when i said i wanted white i will say you where a very nice person and you did keep me upto date with telling me when started and when you were finished. This is news to me because the only email I have (and I kept all of them) states that the horse had come off the pillow but your sister would re-glue it. I never got one about the book or anything else. All the photos were sent to you and you had a few horse and carriage sets to choose from.... The one you choose was the one that was ordered and used to make your pillows. I would appreciate my customers emailing me before following up with rude comments on my work. I have never had any complaints about my work and have sold several guest books and photo albums. As for the pillows...I stated I have never made them before and this would be a first but I would do my best to accomidate you. You chose the items and I did what you chose. If you had a problem you could have contacted me first and I could have fixed the items or have worked something out. My photo albums sell very well and not one person has had a problem. I make all types of photo albums not only cinderella ones. I believe you should have personally contacted me first. I can provide several feedbacks because they speak for themself ----- I have great items and never had any complaints about my Cinderella items - you are a first and did not bother to contact me if there was really a problem. I would love to see the photos you have....because I have the photos of how they were when shipped! :) If anyone would like to see how her items were when shipped I will be more than happy to send you photos also! How can I fix a problem (if there really was one) if I am not contacted in the first place??? I take pictures of all my items (that is how I show my great work to others). Anyone is more than free to contact me for photos of her items or any other items I personally made!

I have send you many e-mail on the problem i was having and you never got back to me.when you shipped everything out to me it was shipped in a big box and everything inside was wrapped in plastic bags and the pillows where so thin and the carrage on top was so heavy.and no i didn`t get what i ordered i told you i wanted the books out lined in silver and it was and i said i wanted the pillows in silver or white if you didn`t have anymore silver and you out lined it in gold now everyone know silver and gold don`t go together like that and the main thing about planning a wedding is making sure everything matches and goes together.and just beause other people liked your work doesn`t mean i hade to.the hot clue was all over the pillow`s your work was very sloppy and so not worth the money i put out but thats just want myself and everyone i showed think.so yes i would say there was a problem i would not make something like this up what would i get out of it come on.take it from a bride-to-be we just want everything to go right and look nice for our wedding`s so when somthing goes wrong or you get somthing you didn`t order it`s very upsetting
