Outoor Reception That Will Allow Music

Does anyone know of any Los Angeles area reception venues that will allow music until 2am?

I got married on the Beach of Long Beach and because it is a public beach all music must end by 10pm, this is a state law.. So I don`t think you will find one.. Besides if they are residents around most likely they will call the cops too.
