Sponsorship For A West Point Wedding

I am a recently engaged college student and although it may be a bit early I am already trying to plan out my dream wedding. My fiance and I are getting married in May 2010 (about a week after my graduation from college). At this point he will be an alumni from West Point and we have made plans to have a gorgeous traditional West Point wedding. I being the eldest of eight children will be seeing very little funds coming from my parents, which has left us to essentially bear the burden of paying for a wedding all on our own. Seeing as how I will just be graduating from college I know I won`t have very much money to contribute on my own, and know he as well won`t have sufficient funds. After talking to a few people, I realized looking into sponsorship might just be our ticket to organizing a sensational fairy-tale wedding that most girls can only dream about. A wedding at West Point is unlike any other and I am striving to make it everything I would love it to be.

While I have no experience in this aspect, I am looking for any guidance anyone might have in regard to obtaining sponsorship for a wedding. Any tips or strategies would be fantastic.
