It is brand new. I bought the dress 2 weeks after it came in, i was maybe the 2nd person to try it on, it`s in perfect condition and it has been at the store until i start my alterations. Let me talk talk to the bridal store to see how much i can get it in my size first. If they are willing to work with me, i can just give it to you what i paid.
