A Fun Game For Any Age

I am 13yrs yung and i thought of a fun halloween game. Take orange and black baloons and take su, paper and on the paper right sum fun dares. Then cut em out and fold them, then take a baloon and put the dare in the baloon then blow the baloons up. Have everyone at the party take a baloon and pop it then one at a time have them do the dare assigned to them.
