Idea For Apartment Warming Party!

Hello,

My neice will be moving into her own Apartment on December 1. This will be her very first place of her own. We wanted to make sure she had everything she needs when she moves in. Is it okay to give her an apartment warming before she moves into her place. Is this okay to do this???
