Halloween Masquerade Wedding Theme Ideas

I will be getting married on Halloween in 2010, and am trying to figure out how to tie together a masquerade theme with a halloween feel.

I love the whole masquerade look and feel, but Halloween is my favorite day of the year. What I`m afraid of is that the Halloween theme might override the masquerade one and I`ll end up with a bunch of werewolves and zombies as wedding guests - which would be fun for sure, but not quite what I`m looking for LOL

I`m not totally sold on these colors yet, but I`m thinking black, white, silver, and a light orange (not quite peach colored, but not full-on pumpkin orange, either). I like the idea of having two-color diamond patterns as part of the main decor, like a jester`s leggings, and I`m thinking that`s where the black and light orange or silver would come into play the most.

Does anyone have any ideas for how to tie the two themes together without it being cheesy and feeling like just another Halloween costume party? I would love to get masks for everyone to wear, so I`m looking for a supplier with reasonable prices, but I don`t know if I should stick with just one- or two- colored plain masks, or get some that are decorated.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
