I`m looking for a short, simple, but elegant dress for a beach wedding. Anyone have any suggestions?

You might try over at Yahoo shopping and look up a place called Sophisticated Lady. They have not only informal full-length dresses, but also have several under graduation/summer dresses that would work quite well.
