I think I saw one on oncewed.com... Also have you looked on eBay? I think there is one on there as well.
I`m selling my Nicole Miller IK0004 dress if you change Nicole Miller syles! :)

I almost fit into a 6, but went with the 8. I had it professionally cleaned and stored. You could easily have it altered to fit you. Let me know!
