Little Person Needed For UNC Vs. Notre Game Tailgate

We are looking for a litlle person dressed in tarheel blue (we can provide UNC shirt) and possibly a sort of leprechaun outfit to pass out Carolina Blue clovers as part of a tailgate party on Hillsborough St. In Chapel Hill,N.C. The tarheels are playing Notre Dame and we are hoping to have a little person dressed in Tarheel blue garb with a leprechaun theme to rile up our fans as they walk towards the game. This would be a respectful atmosphere and there would be no innappropriate behavior towards our guest. Male or Female not specific. The tailgate would last from 12:30 until 2:30pm. I realize this is last minute, but the tailgate will happen tomorrow 10/11/08
