WINTER WEDDING BRIDESMAIDS

Hi, I`m having a winter wedding on January 31st, 2004. My bridesmaids have just informed me that they can`t afford the already reasonably priced dress I have selected for them. I am willing to work with them though, and have found something on an even more reasonable scale. However, it is spaghetti straps and a lower back and might be chilly for winter. It`s in sparkly royal blue. Is it OK to wear spaghetti straps and does anyone have any ideas for a shawl or something? Thanks! email me

I too am having a winter wedding(2-21-04) I`m being told there is no a season for a wedding gown or a brides maid dress BUT I agree they may be chilly in spagehtti straps I`m using a faux mink vanilla wrap. I found them to be VERY reasonably priced at www.sweetherb.com if my memory serves me correctly something like $79.00 :-)

Good luck

I am having a winter wedding. I am having my wedding inside of a hotel. My dresses are strapless, and I do not want them to wear a shaw. Spelling?? I think it will take away from the dress. First girl, I saw that you are getting married next year. Have them put away $20 a month until then ;)

If you are looking for cheap dresses. Go to www.gownsales.com. I found my bridesmaids dresses there almost 50% of what it was in a store. I ordered my dresses and had them in 3 weeks.
