Outdoor Wedding

Hi! I am getting married in July of 2004, and I am from Saginaw, MI. However, I wouldn`t have a problem having my wedding in Bay City, Midland, or Saginaw. I am trying to find a place outside that is elegant and classy for the reception. We want to keep costs down, and we thought we could do this by having an outside wedding. Floral Gardens are a plus for pictures, but if anyone has any ideas, please contact me.
