DO NOT use budget-bride.com . Spare yourself the stress! The company is not honest, do not deliver what they promise, and how does the saying go...if if sounds too good to be true... To make a long story short, seven days before my daughter`s wedding they cancelled our order. Luckily they lost our check, and the credit card company did not run our card through because budget notified them that they would not be able to meet the delivery date! Don`t set yourself up! Beautiful website, terrible customer service, and NO delivery!
