Ice Molds

I am using "one time use" Ice Molds for a wedding reception- does anyone know if it`s O.K. To freeze and unmold them several days ahead of time? I`m worried that when I unmold them & put them back in the freezer for a few days, that they might loose their clarity. Any tips would be appreciated.

I just bought an ice mold today. It didn`t come with any instructions. I know water expands when it freezes. Did your mold come with any instructions? How much water, regular water versus distilled? I was wondering also about the opening it up beforehand and having it ready early.
