Quinceanera

Hi. I`ve been invited to a Quinceanera, and I`m just pretty confused about what to wear, what to buy, etc, etc. Most of my friends, along with my Mom, seem pretty confused too, so I thought I`d ask the general public. This is an actual fancy debutante ball. It is being held in a grand hall, and the invitations came...looking very formal. So, what to wear? And what gift to bring?

You do not have to buy a gown like you are going to prom, but you do want to be well dressed. So I would say cocktail dress or a simple little black dress would be fine. Also the gift is just like any other birthday gift, so you do not have to spend a ton. Usuallu gift cards work just fine.
