Do NOT do business with CMB Crafts - Connie Butgetreit. She took my money but never delivered the goods, nor has she refunded the money which I have asked for personally and through legal channels. She is a liar, a thief, a crook, a fraudster and a cheat. She must be stopped.

I agree. I purchased a vase for my sand ceremony set over a year ago. Ive sent at least and e-mail a day for about a year. She gave me false hope twice that she would get it out to me. I`ve constantly asked for a refund and she ignores my e-mails and instant messages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this woman.

I ordered centerpieces and favors for my May 2009 wedding. And about a week before my wedding - I still had no items. She promised me over night shipment and that didnt happen. I have been promised a refund and till this day no money back! Myself and my sister send her emails everyday! We get false promises!

I finally got a refund after filing charges with the Sherriff`s Dept where she lives!!!! If u have not received a refund contact Ottawa Sherriff`s dept a file charges against her and u will get a refund!!!
