Party Trouble

I`m turning 13 in August and i need help on trying to get my mom to let me have a party and then a slummber party after that w/ a few guys too.Plz help!!!!

First of all, i don`t think most mom`s will let their daughters have guys for a sleepover. BUT, the way to get your mom to say yes is you should be incredably responsible for like 1-2 weeks, then ask her. Tell her that you have been responsible, and that you will plan everything, but you can`t do it without her help (that will make her think that she`s important).
