Something kinda like this... Just make sure u have these things included

First the meal
Dj plays a little music...before food is stopped being served so people can start dancing if they want.. But only for like 10- 15 min
When it get dark 8 or 9 o clock turn the light s out,
Dj spot lights you and your court... You dance, danc with your dad , your padrinoes too, have your chamberlain dance with the ladie ones, change shoes tiara, last doll , do that too, make a toast, cut cake, dance the night away!

Thats it!

What we traditionaly do in our family is have the mass earlyer and then reception right after and while your guest eat you enjoy the music of mariachis... Then after everyone eats the guest go home and rest up for he dance wich will be held at night and that gives you and your court the chance to ride the limo for a while.
