Pretty Original Wedding

Here are the wants:
My dress is red with white accents, but I`m going to have to have it made as I found it on ebay over a year ago (wasn`t planning to get married anytime soon :).

My bridesmaid`s dresses will be white with red accents, but very few places seem to offer white bridesmaid`s dresses.

I want the tiara to be shaped like a swan, with wings swept back, neck bowed toward my forehead, rhinestone hanging from the beak. Another custom piece =/

Those are all the problems I`ve run into so far (in the first week of planning, ha). Do any of you have ideas as to where I should look or go to have things made? I live in Washington, but I can travel to neighboring states pretty easily.
