If you want it to be really gross or fif this is a grownup party have urine on your list just say it`s warm mello yello or sprite. (just a little evil they can`t fill though only
Sour chocolate milk . (gross!!!) other stuff if it`s a man who you decorate make him wear a bikini (just a thought) tight one
Another game if you have a slide and a huge child pool do a obstacle course but in all the mess put a red flag in the gross stuff . Be creative !!!
