DAMGAGED DRESS

House of Brides is disreputable. I wish that I would have read the reviews prior to ordering from them. I, too, found their representatives to be very rude. I ordered the dress which arrived damaged. Upon trying to rectify the matter, they became extremely rude and refuse to return the dress. They insist it left their care in perfect condition. This may be the case, but they literally put the dress in a cardboard box with a ripped piece of cardboard attempting to secure any movement. They did not wrap the rhinestone rings which allowed them to pull the delicate fabric during the shipping process. The dress was also dirty due to the rubbing of the fabric on the cardboard. Who packs a wedding dress like this? This company is horrible. The supervisor hides behind her email account and will not get on the phone. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE - the aggravation is not worth the $$$.
