NO Return!

I have initiated a case with the Better Business Bureau about House of Brides. Just a warning for anyone out there ordering ANY kind of dress from their website you cannot RETURN anything! I thought it was appalling that not once during the purchase do they inform the customer that you cannot return the dress, but expect you to see at the very bottom of their site they have a term`s and condition icon that will reveal there policies. When I called customer service the woman helping me indicated that "this situation happens all the time." I can only gather that House of Brides trys to decieve their customers in order to not miss a potential sale! Horrible service!
