Informal Beach Wedding & Reception In NJ

Me & my fiancee are planning a May 09 wedding. We are both in our forties and have both been married before. I had the big white wedding but he had eloped to Vegas. We live in Toms River NJ and he has always wanted to get married on the beach which we are planning to do. What we want is a very informal wedding and reception but can`t find a place to have it. We just want to party and enjoy our day with our friends and family without going broke. If anyone has any ideas or knows of a big property on the beach that we can rent just for the weekend I would appreciate any input.
