HELP!!! I Need A Quick Wedding !!

Me and my fiancee(who is a soldier leaving for Iraq in a few weeks) want to get married by a justice of the peace is there anything like forms I have to have filled out to bring with me?? Like do I need a marriage certificate before I go??
