Need Barn For Halloween Party For Kids

Hi. I`m looking to have a Halloween party in a barn for my daughter`s 5th grade class. Hayride too! We live in the North Hollywood, Valley Village area of southern California...
Does anyone know of a barn that can be reasonably rented for the occasion, as well as a responsible, safe person who does hayrides?
