Hi Michelle,
I`m located in the Washington DC Metro area. The dress is a size 8 (unaltered). I`m usually a size any where from 2-6 in street clothes.

Yes..this dress is still available.
It is a Romina from her 2006 collection. It has since been discontinued so harder to find. It is a size 8 and has never been altered. It`s really beautiful, but I found a totally different style. Here is a link to pictures.
