B`nai Mitzvah

I am doing a Las Vegas Strip Theme and would like to use something that looks like a hotel key for the place cards. I don`t know where to find this kind of card that also kind of looks like a
Credit card. I would need to have them printed on with the guests name. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
