Sacamento Outdoor Wedding Area????

I am planning a wedding for october-november, yeah that soon. Really doesn;t leave me much time to plan but oh well. We are a family on a budget, I am a stay at home mom with a 3 year daughter. We are wanting to spend a majority of money on our honeymoon. To the point, I am looking for a place in Sacramento that is outside, nice and accomadates about 20-30 people. The reception we have taken care of, but it`s the cremony we want nice for a very little budget, ANY IDEAS will be fabulous...
