Vow Renewal

My parents 25th anniversary is coming up and they are wanting to renew their vows. We kids would like to host the ceremony and are wondering what to do? Should we do it more like a wedding since my parents eloped and never got to enjoy the wedding experience? Or should it be informal? I am open to any and all suggestions.
