Re: Shrimp & Meatballs

My son is getting Married in three weeks. He is on a budget also. He wanted to do something simple but simple to him was hot dogs. Not so simple and kind of messy. The guest list went for family and a few friends to 150. We will be having shrimp, sweet&sour Meatballs, veggie tray, fruit tray, peanuts, pickle &olive tray. Beverages will be tea, sweet &unsweet and lemonade. And of course the Cake. I think all the ones who attend will understand. The wedding is At 4:00 in the afternoon. Heavy hor derves to hold them until dinner.
