Instant Survey Equipment Rental

Does anyone know of a vendor that provides rental equipment that allows the collection and instant display of survey data? Basically each person at a meeting would have a handheld device of some sort and when a question is posed to the audience everyone responds and the results are immediately displayed on the screen. I`ve never seen this outside of a game show but I`m assuming some vendor somewhere provides this.
