Name Change

My husband was married for a short time and his ex decided to keep his name after their divorce. She recently got married only to find out that he was still married to his first wife. They had their marriage annuled (now he is remarried to a totally different person---carma is great). So, my question is can she go back to my husbands name after being remarried now or not?

NO HUNI she can only go back to her maiden name of birth. You can relax now.
