Fish Themed Wedding
I am getting married in 9 months and we are having a fishing themed wedding. We have our cake topper and guest book(they are fishing themed) and we`re looking for decorating ideas. We have a few, but could use a lot more. Anyone have any suggestions??

I have several ideas. Here goes. How about going to Party City and buying netting with starfish and such and throwing them over your tables as an overlay over any other color of fabric? Also, why not buy fishing hooks or any other type of fishing items and adorn them with rhinestones, jewels, or ribbon and glue them to favor bags filled with gummy fish, Peppridge farm cheese fish, or just regular almonds or potpourri? Another idea is to use metal buckets for your centerpieces. Put a ribbon around each in your wedding colors and a bow. Inside, put fishing related items or make chocolate-covered lollipops in the shape of fish so guest can take while sitting at the table. You can even get some frames from a dollar store (about 3 or 4 for each table) and have it be pictures of you both when you went fishing. Then attach a favor tag at the top with a ribbon in your wedding color that reads "Gone Fishing For Love". You can even buy glass bowls or glass votive holders and instead of filling with candles, fill with red Swedish fish candies and let guests grab whatever they`d like from each. If you find the small votive holder ones, you can even wrap in tulle in your wedding colors and put a bow on it to give to your guests as their own "fishing bowl of love".. Best wishes!
