Bridal And Formal Wear Boutique

I am in the intial stages of researching the possiblities of opening a bridal boutique in VA. Any information I can gather would be most grateful. I have someone working on my business plan but I need to provide them with a huge amount of information and details. Please respond if you can provide me with much needed information.
