13 Years Old

Hi, my birthday is coming up in September it`s kinda far away, but then it`s not because it`s the first week in September. I don`t know what to do for my party. It`s very hot where I live, but I don`t have a swimming pool. I wanted to do like a glow in the dark party, but I want to have something to do during the day part so I could have a lot of people over during the day then people can sleep over and we could have all this glow in the dark stuff and play games in the dark and they could bring flash lights too. I`m not sure though if you have any other suggestions let me know! I need to know soon though. Thanks.
