Check Out Feeback On Line Before Using Some Vendors

Just wanted to let brides know I have a experienced a problem with an on-line vendor. I ordered from efavormart.com and had a wonderful experience with tracking, receiving and qualitythe first time. I placed a second order and cannot track the order that was placed on 7-21. I have the printed order verification. The site says no order # exists and guess what that have already taken the money from my charge card. I have used the website to e-mail 3 times with no response and guess what no phone number is listed. I went on line to look for a number and finally found one. I have left a message on every phone in the place guess what no response to my calls. While looking for the phone number I found many complaints on this company which is owned by Ya Ya creations. Sorry this is so long, but thought everyone should check them out before committing. I hope I can come back here shortly and let everyone know that the issue is resolved. I am hoping for the best. As I said the first order was a great experience.
