House Of Brides - Bad Customer Service
I ordered a dress back in April and have yet to receive it as of today, July 28th. The post office could not deliver it for some reason, even though the address was correct and House of Brides even told me that I gave them the correct address. Now they will not ship my dress out unless I pay AGAIN to have it shipped. I received NO apology and was not allowed to speak with the manager ("Joan" with no last name). After spending the time to compose an e-mail, I received a two-sentence response saying that it was undeliverable and they wanted me to allow them to charge my credit card another $20. I was referred by the manager back to the representative I spoke with on the phone. I am getting no where with this company, and will never order from them again.
