RE: Rebecca Raymond - Erica Justice

I`m writing in response to the 7-22-08 e-mail by AM. I was another vendor at this September 2007 wedding at the brides home. As a rule and courtesy to my clients, I generally don`t discuss or reveal conversations or moments that I witness at an event. However, this is different. I had stepped into the home for a moment where I heard the bride screaming profanities, threats and orders at someone. Sceaming is not an overstatement. I esitmate the sceaming went on for between one to two mintues. The brides father came around the corner, saw me, lowered his head and said "I`m sorry," (Brides name) is under stress." I assumed that the bride had been yelling at her father or a family member and I felt badly for him. I return outside to see Rebecca Raymond`s employee Erica Justice, puffy, red faced and crying. After speaking with her I realized that Erica had been the victum of the brides verbel assult. On the day of the event, and now even a year later, I have no idea what the bride was yelling about. The site looked beautiful! If I would have had any idea she was speaking like that to someones employee I would have stepped in and stopped it. Speaking to anyone, vendor or family in that way would have been vile and disgusting. Quickly after that, I pulled all my staff from the location and
I` m sure Ms. Raymond was not to far behind. As employers Ms. Raymond and I not only have the right, but the obligation to remove any employee who may be in harms way. I don`t know of any other vendor who would have stayed. To address the other allegations the best I can. The tables were of standard size and dimension. I looked at them closely and they were lovely. The other things the bride mentions I know to be untruthful. I hope I work with Rebecca Raymond in the future. I think she great. Advice to this bride: The next time you would like to go on a wedding web site to try to smear someones business reputation and character, you may want to make sure there is no independent withness who overheard your rantings in the room next door.
