Wedding Coordinator Familiar W/ Filipino Catholic Ceremo

I need a wedding coordinator/planner in Los Angeles who is familiar with Filipino Catholic ceremonies. I`m planning to get married in March 09 but not in a Catholic church. My fiance is Christian. I need someone to coordinate the ceremony (primary sponsor, secondary sponsor). Please help. My mom is driving me crazy!
