Folding Chair Covers Needed

I`m looking for 250 white folding chair covers for my December 6, 2008 wedding. I`ve found them for rent for $3.95/piece and found a website where I can buy them for $3.25/piece, which is still out of my budget. I was hoping to find them for $1/piece. I do not need sashes. Can anyone direct me to where I can find them?
