REBECCA RAYMOND — ERICA JUSTICE

BRIDES BEWARE! I want to be sure that my posts are clear regarding Rebecca Raymond and Erica Justice as they may be operating under different business names and have moved locations. They previously operated under the Wedding Gallery and Event Fantastic in Zionsville. That location has since been vacated. Please be aware that these girls are bad wedding planners! They will reek havoc the day of your event and the weeks prior to. . After checks have cleared, of course! They will take your money and run! The day of my wedding, they botched every single thing they were responsible for and ended up making a huge scene during my reception as they WALKED OUT right in the middle of the evening. They were also incredibly rude to our guests, actually cut a chunk out of the top of our cake and threw it against a wall, reserved the wrong sized tables leaving close family either alone or with some of the other vendors, etc. Etc. Please watch out for these girls. Other Indianapolis vendors have actually worked with them under different business names. They`re sneaky and they will take your money and run! WOW! I`m absolutely AMAZED to read this posting! Rebecca Raymond was my wedding planner in 2007 and did an INCREDIBLE job! Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful ! Rebecca was one of the sweetest women I have ever met. My family adored her and so did all of my guests. Every vendor I spoke with loved her and her work and everyone that knows and has worked with her in the past spoke very highly of her as well. I know for a fact that she has always worked under the name Event Fantastic. The wedding Gallery was the name of her retail store in Zionsville in which she chose to close in order to focus on her wedding planning business ( Event Fantastic). I did my research and she has never worked under any other name. I thought her pricing was reasonable and she even found ways for me to save money. She was extremely professional and responsible. I cant even imagine her being any other way. I have recommended her to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

I am so happy to hear that you had a wonderful experience. Every bride deserves that. And it sounds like this was a wonderful choice for you, regardless of what has or hasn`t happened with others. Congratulations on your marriage!

Unfortunately, I have talked to several people with negative experiences. And vendors who have reason to question her capabilities and qualifications as well or who have witnessed a performance or two. It is as a result of these things as well as my personal experience that I felt the need to let others know what was possible. Happily, I invite everyone to make a choice appropriate for them. But her shortcomings do need to be noted and other brides should know that she is responsible for some pretty down and dirty stuff. Including other business names, no shows, and theft. From what I`ve found, she seems to be more reliable the more expensive the wedding gets. We had a $40,000-$60,000 budget, which I think is substantial, but am well aware that many weddings far exceed this amount. She does seem to do better with those though I have a few couples above that range as well who had similar experiences. So I think it`s just all a matter of luck. Either you catch her on a good day or a bad one. I guess I was just hoping that my wedding day wouldn`t happen to be my wedding planners bad day :)

For those who are completely satisfied. I do think it is wonderful. No experience is the same, fortunately.

For factual detailed information on this company from the research that I`ve done, please post. I will be happy to share my findings with others in need of assistance. And yes, all of these findings are documented and have witnesses or some form of proof behind them. Proof reliable enough to stand up in court.

Again, I congratulate you on your marriage and your wonderful experience and wish you the very best! After all, the wedding is only the beginning, right! Enjoy and many blessings!

I am extremely appalled by the false accusations you are making against Rebecca Raymond and Event Fantastic. I have worked with Rebecca on several events and have experienced nothing but the upmost proffessionalism from her and her staff. I know for a fact that she has not operated under any other business name and if you are going to make up malicious lies about her you better be able to back it up with proof. Of course you can not do this so who is the con artist now? That of course would be you SO READERS BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN MAKING UP LIES ABOUT EVENT FANTASTIC. SHE IS IN FACT THE ONE PULLING A CON ON YOU. NOT REBECCA. I will make sure that your voice is not the one that is heard on this message board and continue to support Rebecca Raymond and Event Fantastic in all of her future endeavors.

I ran across this message some months back in a different forum and responded. I see that this bride (who obviously had a horrible experience) is still dwelling on the matter and finding new ways to vent her frustration. However, I agree with the bride who posted the comments above and I have nothing but the utmost respect for Rebecca and her company. Until I sold my part in a highly regarded wedding video company, I had worked many years in the industry and had met Rebecca and worked with her during that time. Without exception she proved herself over and over again as an extremely skilled planner who rose above others in her field with her passion and her gifted sense of design. I know for a fact, contrary to what is mentioned in this original post, that Rebecca has always worked under the name Event Fantasic ever since she moved from Charleston, South Carolina, and started her wedding planning business here in Indiana. Everyone I ever worked with during my experience said nothing but kind things about her. Her knowledge and expertise, along with a natural chrisma, has landed her numerous TV appearances. This type of success doesn`t come to a woman with a reputation as a ticking time bomb, ready to rip off any unsuspecting bride who happens to walk in the door. She is exceptional at her craft and a person of class. The comment that she reserves her attention in proportion to the money spent is also without merit. I personally obversed her, on many occasions, go far beyond what the bride`s budget paid her in order to do nothing more than make the bride happy on her wedding day.I`m sure she tried her best to please you as well. I also know that The Wedding Gallery was one of Rebecca`s life dreams. She put in countless days and nights in a labor of love to see it come to fruition, and to speak of her commentment otherwise is an insult. You also tell of others that have had experiences similar to yours: all I can say is that in every business it is impossible to have pleased every client. For every one person who would have a negative impression of Rebecca I could give you one hundred that want to thank her for making their wedding day all they hoped it would be. I`m truly sorry everything didn`t go the way you hoped on your wedding day, but you need to stop making Rebecca the reason for your bitterness.
