Lazaro 3/4 Sleeve Dress

Hello,

I`m looking for a Lazaro gown that is 3/4 sleeve with a high neck, I beleive there is beading along the neck line. As far as I know that style isn`t made anymore. I also have no idea what the style number is.
Is anyone selling a Lazaro dress like this or something like it.
I live in Canada, close to Vancouver and I`m getting married in the middle of December...I need somthing with sleeves!
