I forgot to mention that we also had the experience that our other wedding vendors mentioned to us that they had questionable at best, if not awful, experiences with Ms. Raymond and her staff at other weddings. In addition, my husband and I did all of the work for the wedding along with our other vendors, so it really was a complete waste of time and money -- money we`re still trying to re-coup from Event Fantastic and Ms. Raymond. It seems many incompetent and/or dishonest wedding vendors use the excuse of "difficult couple to work with; changed their minds too much" as a convenient defense against their own bad behavior -- this was certainly the case for us with these wedding planners. Our other vendors were wonderful to interact with and were very professional, and did a terrific job, but definitely not these women.
