Does your dress have a bubble bottom? The one I love does but all the manufacturer`s pictures do not have it. Thank you!

I am normally a size 2 -4. I have this dress never worn in a size 8. The manufacturers sizes run very small. It is absolutly beautiful! i got married in Novemeber and ended up wearing my mom`s wedding dress in honor of her. Please contact me if you are still interested.
