I had an event ehre and the hotel was ok - not up to par, but mostly, the service was terrible. The event coordinator made promises that everything would be in order - it was not. I complained to the management , she said "sorry, i cant do what cheryl promised, we dont have the materials or assistance". The front desk girl, when asked if any of my guests had checked in yet, told me that no rooms were booked for me. She wouldn`t tell me which rooms they were bookend in, nor if they were all together as per my request. I asked her to get her manager and she refused, saying that she didnt have to do that and since i only booked an event room (not true, i paid for 4 rooms out of pocket any my guests booked rooms themselves). TOTALLY RUDE, and the manager was slightly more helpful but was not apologetic for her rude employees.
