13th Birthday Party

Hi everyone
I might be having a party for my 13th. And i don`t know what to have. I havn`t got that big of a budget, and i want to do smothing that everyone won`t forget about . Bt my mum won`t let us go out alone or stuff like that bt she doesn`t mind sleepovers or goin ot just not alone, i hv quit alot of freinds so no small partys thanx lindaxxxx
P.s: i would quit like to dress up bt anythin will help!!!!
