I Hate Davids Bridal

I have had the worst experience with DB! I picked out a dress for my bridesmaids, and when my maid of honor went to order hers, they informed her it was DISCONTINUED! I immediately went to a nearby DB to talk to someone, and some snooty girl confirmed, that yes, that dress had been discontinued. She also went ahead and told me that it was a horrible dress anyway, and any liquid would leave spots on it. She actually said I was LUCKY to not have my bridesmaids wear this dress. I had picked it out months before, and no one from DB had called to tell me it was discontinued!
I picked out a new dress for my girls to order, and once my girls started ordering they were told that those dresses take 12 weeks to come in. 12 weeks?! I had no idea, as all DB dresses take 4-6 weeks. I even had a manager change the style number in their database; now you think that would have been a good opportunity for her to speak up. Now I have to move on to dress number 3, and hope that my girls have something to wear the day of my wedding.
DB is unorganized, unfriendly, and untrained. I have never experienced such poor customer service.
