Special Engagment Suprise Proposal

I live in Houston Texas and I am looking for a unique way to propose to my boyfriend. We`ve been dating for a little over a year now. We both are in Special Olympics and we love country music.

He always says we are "The hands that hold together" so I would like to incorprate this somehow in my proposal. I am really looking for unique ways to propose to him. All the proposals that I`ve seen have the man doing the proposal i would like to change this and do the proposal myself. I know we are disabled but I want to do something special . Please help with any creative and romantic unique ideas.
