Looking For Wedding Reception Facility Close To DC Areas

Hello, I am looking an affordable reception facility for my wedding in summer of 2009, preferably within or nearby the DC area. I only have a total of $10,000 to spend on my overall wedding. Can anyone can suggest an elegant rental place that would not cost me more than $2000 and that I can bring in my own caterer?
