Need A Midget For A Birthday Prank

My best friend turns 21 in August, and i want to give him a birthday to remember. We`re going to be in atlantic city on the night of august 2nd to celebrate his bday at 12midnight on the 3rd. Im looking to hire a midget to jump out of a cake and do a lil dance for him. Doesnt have to be anything more than pg-13, this is more so a prank on him, than something perverse. I will provide the cake (and if necessary the attire), and will pay cash. Willing to pay $50 for the 10-15 minutes of the person jumping out of the cake and giving my bud a bday dance.
Might be able to provide transportation, if within the atlantic city area
